My name is Samantha Wright-Cooksey, MSW, LCSW. I have been a therapist for over 20 years with combined experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families. I have provided professional services in outpatient, home, community and school-based settings. I have worked in addictions as well as end of life issues. I utilize strength-based and solution focused techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and problem solving skills training. I offer in person and telehealth options for therapy. I accept most insurance, EAP, and self pay options.

Hi there, I'm Pamelia. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, and/or sad? Feeling as if you are unable to make it through the day, that there are not enough hours in the day? Are you struggling to maintain a good work/life/family balance? I have counseled across the board, my specialty lies in assisting clients that are suffering from depression and/or anxiety. I also have helped clients with chronic pain, mood disorders as well as our military personnel that have been deployed. Although I have counseled children and teens, my expertise lies with adults and older adults.

There are no ideal clients. I believe they are all interesting and they are all human beings; each with their own imperfections. I have learned to listen to them carefully and help them set their own goals. Many have daily life problems such as a depression caused by loss. Others caused by stress. Some have anger issues related to the childhood experiences, others related to frustration. Some come to me because of difficulties in a relationship. Some have difficulties with communication. All my patients want to be understood.

Everyone has moments in their lives when they feel stressed, depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed .Sometimes people struggle with difficult relationships. My goal is to help all people get through these trying times. I view therapy as a collaboration between myself and my client where we will work together to identify issues and meet their goals. I view all clients as individuals and therefore alter my style to meet specific needs. I strive to do this in a compassionate, supportive, interactive, problem solving approach.

Krystal specializes in IFS therapy, EMDR, Biofeedback, and she is an Advanced-level provider of Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapy. Areas of expertise include panic attacks, PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, migraine headaches, phobias, ADHD, trauma, stress, addictions, nightmares, and sleep disturbance. Hi, I am Debby and I am accepting new clients. I work with Individuals, Couples, Families, Adolescents, and children. I provide in-person sessions by appointment only and I provide telehealth to anyone in Indiana by appointment. I have worked as a private practitioner since 1994, before that, I advocated and lobbied for social services for my clients, I ran a BB/BS program for kids, and then went into private practice where I worked in Greenwood, IN, and Bloomington, IN.
