Rick is a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor and Trauma-informed Clinician who takes an authentic approach with his clients. He is licensed in Indiana and Illinois and is currently accepting virtual clients. Rick is a yoga instructor and a veteran with years of trauma and addiction management experience. He is trained in ACT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, IFS, and Mindfulness. Rick has also completed Dr. Karyl McBride's WIEBGE therapist training and can be found on the WIEBGE therapist registry. this is geared for adult children of narcissistic parents.

I offer a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment in helping you to effectively resolve issues that are troubling you. We will work together to recognize and develop your strengths, to understand and change unhelpful patterns, and to help you gain relief from suffering. My name is Sean Abraham and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University Bloomington. I have been in the field of social work and therapy for 4 years working with people to solve real problems in their lives. My experience includes working with those who have struggled with substance use, depression, anxiety, loss, communication problems, student life, as well as other mental health concerns. I enjoy being able to work one on one with individuals and witness the life changing journeys that everyone is capable of.

I have been practicing psychology very successfully in the Indianapolis/Carmel area for over 20 years. My story includes how I overcame my own struggles during a difficult divorce and the death of my father by using highly researched and validated techniques. As a result, I have mastered a clinically valid approach to overcoming life challenges. I believe my role is to serve as a facilitator to assist you in healing and realizing your true potential by developing the skill set to walk a uniquely determined path toward self-actualization.

I have been working in the addictions/mental field for 4 years, with a focus on serving those recovering from substance use disorders. My goal is to support and empower individuals in active addiction and those in recovery to achieve their goals in life. Using a person-centered approach, I assist individuals in identifying and growing their unique characteristics into their biggest strengths. Reaching your recovery goals does not have to be lonely! I meet individuals where they are using harm-reduction approaches and by facilitating self-reflection to reduce the harm that substances are having on my clients’ lives.

There's a beautiful passage by Jacquelyn Small that sums up the way I view and practice therapy: "When therapeutic relating occurs, both parties have dissolved the boundary between the one needing help and the other offering it; they are simply two beings bouncing off each other in truth; We all just need clear people to bounce off of so we can see our own light." I strongly believe that we're the experts of our own lives and sometimes we just need a safe, non-judgmental person to see us, believe our experiences and remind us that we're deserving and healing is possible.

When we started Pillars we quickly realized that to best help our clients we needed to partner with clinicians with diverse backgrounds and skills. My clients often seek therapy because they are wanting to uncover the meanings behind their emotions; together, we are often able to uncover the meaning behind these emotions by better understanding past traumas encountered. Only then, can we replace negative behaviors that have stemmed from these traumas, together. I provide a safe & genuine space for LGBTQ clients & practice from an inclusive & client-centered perspective.

Hello! Welcome to Meadow Creek Counseling. I am glad you have stopped by. I embrace a collaborative effort to help you reach your goals. I bring authenticity, humor, and professionalism to my clients. I am laid back and quirky (but in a good way). I am empathetic but also straightforward. I am eclectic in my approach as I have had decades of trainings and experience. Some of the approaches I am familiar with and utilize in sessions are cognitive behavioral, somatic experiencing, internal family systems, emotion focused family therapy, attachment theory, and trauma, and trauma informed care.

Hello! My name is Rachael Trimbur and I am here with you on your treatment journey however that may look. I take a very trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. I am trained in EMDR and have been using this approach for two years. I am a licensed clinical addictions counselor and a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience working in the dual diagnosis field. I began my career working with substance use disorders and have a lot of experience in this area. I am also a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and complete substance abuse evaluations.

I am passionate about mental health and am grateful I have worked in this field over the last 14 years. As a Marriage and Family therapist for 5 years, I have found my calling working with professional helpers such as first responders, veterans, and military service members. I have a specific interest and expertise in working with professional helpers who have a hard time accepting or asking for help themselves. I have gotten to know the struggles of the professional helpers and their loved ones that I have had the honor to work with.

My expertise is in treating mental health and substance use concerns in a holistic and confidential manner. I know issues with trauma, anxiety and more can impact EVERY aspect of our lives and I am passionate about helping people lessen that negative impact. I'm skilled at providing a comfortable, social atmosphere to explore issues. I focus on 'the real shit' with a strong dose of humor and provide each person I see with an individualized and evidence based plan particularly suited for their own healing and recovery. Stan Antonelli III is a Licensed and Academy Certified Psychotherapist and Clinical Addiction Specialist. Stan specializes in the treatment of co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. He has extensive experience treating incarcerated adult offenders as well as those struggling with anger management issues. Stan has advanced training in CBT, TF-CBT, Adoption-Competent Therapy, and the Minnesota Model of Addiction. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University and Andrews University in psychology, sociology, and clinical social work. He is a PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) candidate.

The ideal client is the one who understands they need help with their addiction and finds different ways to reach out for assistance. This clinician role in helping clients to fight addiction and return them to living a substance free lifestyle. The goal is to stabilize the client, during their addiction and make progress during therapy to reduce/eliminate the urges and cravings that are associate with substance use. This clinician wants his clients to know, and understand they are in a safe, open environment, free from stigma, judgement or shame.
