I work with clients consisting of a wide range of ages including adults, adolescents and children. My experience includes treating clients who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, ODD, OCD, trauma and many more. I provide techniques that are Evidence-Based and utilize CBT and Motivational Interviewing, to help serve clients to achieve their needs while working with their strengths. I have extensive experience; including leadership roles, providing services within the community treating individuals that have been involved with the Department of Child Services and have high complex needs.

While I specialize in parenting techniques for young children, I also enjoy working with children, teens, and adults who feel "stuck," or are having difficulty managing family and social conflicts. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful agent of change, and aim to provide a warm, safe, and casual space for clients to express themselves. I work particularly well with teenage and young adult females. I also encourage creative outlets for processing emotional issues, which might include drawing, painting or any other evidenced-based expressive techniques that relieve distress.

My name is Samantha Wright-Cooksey, MSW, LCSW. I have been a therapist for over 20 years with combined experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families. I have provided professional services in outpatient, home, community and school-based settings. I have worked in addictions as well as end of life issues. I utilize strength-based and solution focused techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and problem solving skills training. I offer in person and telehealth options for therapy. I accept most insurance, EAP, and self pay options.

My approach to counseling is client-centered; I work with you to create the best-fit treatment to your needs. I work with adults, adolescents, and children on a variety of issues. Prior to private practice, I worked with families involved in the child welfare system who have experienced abuse, neglect, addiction, sexual trauma and community violence. Tim has experience working with adults and adolescents in a variety of mental health needs including anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, and more. He also enjoys marital and premarital couples counseling and is an EMDR trained therapist. Tim has been involved in various ministry positions for over 20 years, and is comfortable addressing spiritual concerns.

I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for children, young adults, and families wanting to make positive change in their lives. I am goal-oriented and solution-focused, supporting my clients in exploring the root of their concerns as well as building solutions and resilience to overcome whatever may be the barriers in their lives. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and disruptive behaviors in the home, work, and school setting.

Jason has worked alongside his clients as they deal with the complexities of life’s challenges, including attention and emotional or behavior issues in children, the struggles of identity and maturity of adolescence, and the myriad of issues facing adults, such as relationship and communication issues, addiction, anxiety, and depression.

Priscilla Johnson has been a Psychotherapist with Innovative Interventions (private practice) since 2013, working with children and adults providing home-based psychotherapy, family therapy and couples therapy. Prior to starting with Innovative Interventions, she worked in various therapeutic and supervisory roles with community mental health centers, a college counseling center, and a non-profit organization. She is passionate about providing high quality mental health treatment to individuals and families in the Indianapolis area.
