I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the owner of Unlimited Possibilities, LLC, Counseling Services. I provide caring and compassionate therapeutic services as well as consultation services for organizations and groups who provide care and support to victims and families of trauma. When we started Pillars we quickly realized that to best help our clients we needed to partner with clinicians with diverse backgrounds and skills. There is no such thing as an ideal client. That is too boring. The way I do therapy is relaxed. I am not your average therapist, and I am not going to be like, "How does that make you feel?" but I am going to say, "What up! How are we doing today?" I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in eight states (Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Texas). I have 30+ years experience serving as a Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT). I specialize in various types of trauma and grief counseling for those dealing with pain/loss.

My style is to partner with people to explore issues that impair their experiencing their optimal lives. I have experience with diverse issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, divorce, physical rehabilitation and aging. I work with people in crisis to address the crisis and improve functioning.

Gina has extensive experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and eating disorders.Her education and work experience have provided her with the tools and skills to work with different populations including adults, teens, and children who struggle with addiction and various mental health issues.

Sharon Adams, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker and the owner of Stone City Counseling, Inc. Together with her team of highly trained and compassionate therapists, they have dozens of years of experience treating all ages and a wide range of mental health concerns. Sharon and her team value, above all, warmth, safety, connection, and non judgement in helping people explore their strengths, challenges, values, and goals and to ultimately achieve the lives they want. Sharon's team has a passion for helping people overcome shame, fear, and insecurity and reach their purpose and a true sense of acceptance and belonging.

I strive to provide an open, safe, authentic and LGBTQ+ affirming space for individuals to process through life challenges, experiences, stressors, etc. I use a strengths - based, client-centered approach incorporating multiple evidenced based modalities. I have experience working with individuals impacted by cancer, chronic/ life-limiting illnesses, anticipatory grief, grief/loss, relationship concerns, substance abuse, fertility concerns, anxiety, depression, self-identity, trauma and more. Amanda M. Wickett is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 20+ years of clinical experience in the field and a passion for holistic, humanistic, and patient-centered care. She was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and completed her graduate training at the University of Indianapolis in 2004. She is trained as a generalist and has worked with individuals from ages five and up, presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions, cultural backgrounds, and life challenges. Life is hard and it certainly didn’t come with a manual. For the most part, we go through life trying to emulate what we see and hear hoping that it will work for us, and most times…..it doesn’t. That’s when you have to do something different. Everyone is on their own journey in life and what works for some, may not work for others. Where some are swimming, other people are slowly sinking. I want to not only help you stay afloat, but provide you with the tools, encouragement, and empowerment to swim your way back to the surface, if you do happen to sink.

I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 30 years of experience. I enjoy working with teens and young adults but have also worked with children and adults of all ages. I relate well with adolescents with behavioral issues, school issues, involvement in juvenile justice system, mental health issues and substance use. I have experience working with youth, children and families with child services involvement including foster care. I have had excellent outcomes working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, anger management, other mental health issues, as well as those who have been impacted by trauma.

We all go through seasons in our lives where it would be beneficial to have someone come along side and help us get out of our own muck. I work with a variety of people but particularly like helping people get past traumatic events or to have better relationships with others.
