I have been providing individual and family counseling for 30 years, from a multicultural system perspective. Years of experiences has led me to believe that the most important aspect of counseling is to have a listening ear and the development of a trusting therapeutic relationship with a non-judgmental approach. I possess strong assessment skills for family conflict resolution and mediation. . Life transitions causes us to be in a storm or coming out of a storm, leading to life disruptions which can be extremely stressful; a skillful therapist such as myself can help clients to redirect and deal with a variety of traumas.
