I'm proud to work individually with diverse populations, such as tweens, adolescents, young adults/college students, and adults in South Carolina. Though I am able to offer my services to the vast majority of people dealing with most issues, my specialty is with those who are struggling with Panic Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and PTSD. Many of my clients have an emotionally sensitive temperament and need different skills to create a life that has meaning and purpose.
I start where the client is at and take a collaborative approach in therapy. I provide individualized and holistic treatment based on your needs and goals. My specialties include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I encourage you to take the next step and contact me so that we may begin forging the way to a life worth living. You are not alone.
