I understand this can feel daunting and there is a lot of information for you to consider, so I have tried to make this site as helpful as possible. Feel free to browse through. My therapy room is in a private, professional and confidential setting. I believe in a holistic approach of mind and body working together for the good. I have over 35 years experience in counseling, working with adults, couples, littles, young children, adolescent and elders.
I have knowledge and expertise in the areas of depression, addictions, anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, anger management, life transition, self esteem, women’s issues, abuse/neglect, medication management, death and dying, grief/loss issues to name a few.
I have an extensive background in counseling, education and training. I have worked with many populations, including toddlers, adolescents, adults, and elders.
