I treat individuals and couples with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, addiction, chronic relapse, anger, low self-esteem, co-dependency, unhealthy sexual behaviors, grief and loss, infidelity, poor communication, loss of intimacy, and loss of trust. I am trained in the use of EMDR Therapy.
I strongly value the client-therapist relationship and heavily emphasize building rapport with clients. Many clients will see a therapist for one session and never return, citing a lack of rapport with the therapist as the reason for discontinuing treatment. I am humbled every day by the fact that clients choose to share their lives with me.

Porn & Sex Addiction Recovery Group
It is estimated that between 12 and 30 million Americans engage in compulsive sexual behaviors. Most people seek out sex from time to time. However, someone with sexual addiction is consumed with obsessive thoughts and fantasies of a sexual nature. They frequently prioritize sexual activity over time with family, friends, and work. This is a recovery group for men struggling with pornography and/or sex addiction. The group meets virtually every Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. The next group starts May 1, 2024.
