I am a queer therapist specializing in the LGBTQIA+ community, substance use and recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, excessive anger, PTSD as well as various issues that stem from transitional stages in a person's life.
My approach to therapy is what would be considered "multimodal." While I integrate a mindfulness based approach in the majority of work I do, I strive to meet each client where they are and walk with them as they discover their personal strengths and successes.
