My therapeutic style is client-centered, collaborative, empathetic, and goal-oriented. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Emotion Focused (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Gottman and Attachment-Based Therapy. It is my primary goal to create an empathetic, safe, and collaborative relationship with my clients so they can flourish.
