HHC centers LGBTQ+ and other marginalized communities, working with motivated individuals to build insight, confront obstacles to well-being, and heal trauma to move toward self-actualization & joy. Our team of therapists represent many identities & theoretical perspectives, and work from queer feminist and family systems frameworks. We value self-determination, holistic health, harm reduction, and disability & racial justice. Relationships are built through collaboration, creativity, and recognition of the environmental & cultural factors that impact client's lives. We currently have a fantastic team of 9 providers!
HHC therapists provide evidence-based psychotherapy across a wide breadth of diagnoses, and utilize many therapeutic modalities based on individual need, including CBT, DBT, EFT & expressive arts and experiential therapies. Providers at HHC utilize clients' strengths and lived experience to affect positive change. Services are currently virtual.

This transformational group is centered on body-liberation and aims to help participants unpack and challenge unhelpful narratives about bodies, health, food and self-concept. This remote group is an excellent fit for anyone experiencing a difficult relationship with their vessel. The facilitator, Mary Mireles is a BodyTrust and HAES provider, dedicated to supporting folks in building compassion for - and comfort in - their bodies.

In TRANSlation: A Transgender & Non-Binary Therapeutic Process Group Explore, unpack and make space for your experiences and identities in a supportive space with other trans folks! This group will utilize elements of psychotherapy, narrative therapy and music therapy to uncover, challenge, embrace and find joy and connection in transgender experiences.
