I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University-Purdue University and I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have worked in multiple school districts and home-based settings with children, adolescents, and families. Additionally, I have experience working with a variety of clients, specializing in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-harm, trauma, executive functioning skills, relational issues, and personal growth.
I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based, and family systemic approach when working with clients. I have post-graduate training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Additionally, I commonly incorporate IFS Informed EMDR when working with clients.
In addition to offering traditionally formatted (i.e. weekly and biweekly) counseling sessions, I also offer 1-Day and 2-Day EFT Intensives for couples. Also, I offer EMDR Mini-Intensives in either a three hour or six hour format.
