Delivering counseling services to families, couples and individuals for 22 years. Using creative techniques to meet the needs of each individual, family, or couple. Learning from each person I meet and the growth and experience I gain from them. The satisfaction I get from seeing these individuals as they accomplish their goals and become self reliant as well as how much they care for themselves beyond the therapeutic relationship is what I enjoy most.

We are a family oriented group practice comprised of several therapists with a variety of specialties, we offer in office, video and phone therapy sessions. We have therapists licensed in the following states: Indiana, Michigan, and Utah. We work with children, teens, adults and elderly adults in individual, couples, and family counseling. We work with substance abuse, trauma, grief, relationship issues, LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and dealing with everyday issues and stress.

As a therapist I have worked with many different populations with a wide range of presenting problems. When I am meeting with a new client I like to listen as they describe their goals, stressors, the things that brought them into therapy, and we build from there. I believe it is my job as a therapist to work as a support to my clients, life can get heavy and sometimes having someone to talk to, and problem solve with can truly lighten the load. I believe therapy provides an outlet for when things become just to much to power through on your own.
