My approach with families is fun and interactive to give them the tools to learn to talk with one another about daily issues without feeling like every conversation turns into a battle. I work with families, couples, and individuals who often have difficulty communicating their emotions and needs without conflict.

With more than 20 years of experience of working in the behavioral health field I strive to help others help themselves and reach their maximum potential. As a therapist I specialize in individual, family & marital counseling that focuses on grief/loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger & stress management. I believe one can reach maximum potential. I earned master's degree in social work from the University of Southern Indiana. I achieved a clinical licensure in the state of Indiana in 2015
