Welcome to Creative Endeavors Counseling and Art Therapy! I am here to support you in the creative endeavor of life. I believe each person has healing potential within themselves. Just as our bodies heal from a cut, under the right conditions, our psyche/soul can heal and thrive. It requires us to work together to foster meaning, purpose and new life through therapy which I call a "creative endeavor." Together we form a compassionate partnership to explore who you are, your goals, hopes and dreams, in a safe, non-judgmental space.
I specialize in art therapy, a wonderful tool to explore thoughts and feelings difficult to describe verbally. Clients may work with dreams, process emotions and use art to discover themselves, their values, hopes and aspirations. I am fully bilingual and offer sessions in either English or Spanish.
Personal suffering is often at the root of problems with thinking, feeling and functioning. Therapy is a process of growth and transformation that is rooted in respect for the mystery of each human person and the uniqueness of their journey. My role is to nurture hope and the healing process for each client I have the privilege to work with.
