I work with professionals in their 30s and 40s who identify as ambitious achievers and yet feel stuck in the overwhelm of life transitions, such as considering a job or career change, getting a divorce, or moving to a new area. I also work with individuals who identify as being analytical, meaning that they often analyze or try to better understand themselves, find themselves more in touch with their thoughts than their feelings, and think and process information quickly.
I work best with clients who want to thrive, rather than just survive, as well as grow into the fullest versions of themselves. I tend to focus on my clients' perspectives and relationships and how those impact their mood, behaviors, and experiences. I frequently bring the topics of self-compassion, vulnerability, and self-care into the therapy room.
My practice is telehealth only, great for individuals who need more convenience, or who want the comfort of doing therapy from their own home. In addition to therapy, I also offer virtual assertiveness workshops, in which I provide psychoeducation, teach skills, and guide discussion on assertive communication.
