She specializes in child and adolescent behavioral issues including coping skills, depression, and suicide-ideation. She also has extensive experience working with people on the spectrum, Mood and Thinking Disorders as well as Psychotic Disorders and medication management. She works with individuals and families and her treatment approach includes: Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems.

Sarah is a Nurse Practitioner providing medication management with The LodeStone Center in Woodstock, Illinois and via telehealth. Sarah’s clinical style is integrative and client-centered. She currently works with adult clients presenting with mood disorders, anxiety disorders and ADHD. She also approaches treatment evaluation from a primary care lens, helping to make recommendations or treat medical care priorities when they arise in the process of treating mental health issues.

I specialize in psychological and neuropsychological assessments. The word "neuropsychological" may be overwhelming, but the experience does not need to be.
