I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois and nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with 10 + years of experience working with individuals with various ages, backgrounds, behaviors, personality types and disabilities. I enjoy working with children, teens and adults.

I believe in the power of integration- that ALL parts of you deserve love and compassion. Together, we will address feelings, needs, beliefs, and the body's own wisdom, while also seeing issues in the context of the systems in which you exist. I work best with those wanting to be challenged through outside insight, and who want to learn how to feel and process their emotions. I do my best to help clients experience safety in the therapeutic relationship to begin to access their whole selves. I love being a therapist, and I love the work I do! It is a deep honor to build relationships of healing with my clients.

Kristen Melchiori has a wealth of experience working with clients in a variety of levels of care. Having worked in foster care, therapeutic day school, substance abuse residential, and community mental health, she is able to help clients navigate complex external systems. She is adept at handling crisis situations and helping clients manage the most difficult times in their lives. She uses a trauma informed approach to help individuals make new meaning in their lives and find their personal path to success.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who has also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor(CADC) and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology(MCP). Much of my training has been centered in client-centered theory and I also have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In addition to being traditionally trained, I also incorporate​ a holistic, integrated approach toward psychotherapy which includes aspects of mindfulness and Eastern philosophy, providing individual, family and couples therapy as well as intervention work.

Cory Dolley is a Licensed Social Worker in Illinois who has been practicing since 2019. Cory just wants to be able to help give people a fighting chance to have a healthy, happy, productive life. Perhaps you are someone in your late 20's to 60's and are not used to asking for help because you were taught early never to show vulnerability. Perhaps you are dealing with unacknowledged trauma from years ago that was never seriously addressed. All you know is that you are in pain, and that pain is affecting all your other relationships, making it harder to reach out to others, hard to trust anyone.

Clayton Crozier is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois. He is a graduate of the Eastern Illinois University Clinical Psychology Master's program and has experience working with a variety of populations including individuals spanning from adolescent to geriatric, substance use disorders, college students, couples, families, and older adults with severe mental health struggles. Clayton has worked in a variety of environments including private practice, adult inpatient substance use treatment, university counseling, and in group home settings.

I have been working with children and adults in a variety of environments both within a school and a community based center. I have a background in education and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I empower individuals to improve their life circumstances using clinically tested and evidenced-based interventions.

Seeking therapy is not an easy decision to make. I am a warm, empathetic, and culturally sensitive therapist with experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can feel comfortable exploring the reasons that have led them to seek therapy. Feeling connected and understood is crucial when working collaboratively with a therapist to help identify personal issues and moving towards a better self, marriage, or family life and improving overall functioning.

Physical, sexual and mental abuse as well trauma history, domestic violence, communication and relationship improvement, problems arising from pornography, and depression are a some topics that I have focused my practice on. Success in therapy is ultimately the result of the collaboration of you and I - the client and the therapist. There are no set number of sessions. You are a unique individual and you work at your own pace. I am committed to working with your needs and timetables.

Navigating life's challenges can be tough for anyone. Significant life changes rarely come one at a time, giving us enough to process, plan and adapt. A loss of a job, divorce, chronic illness of our own or a loved one, and other life stressors can have experiencing shifting roles, responsibilities and routines, which can be uncomfortable and distressing. If you are also experiencing anxiety and/or depression, these are also the times we notice significant worsening of our symptoms. The good news is that you don't have to face these moments in life alone.
