My clinical focus is based on CBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Focused, and Existential techniques. I am also a certified grief and loss specialist and can also provide Christian counseling.
Through encouragement, compassion, and understanding I create a safe place for folks to share their stories while also empowering and educating on ways to improve overall well-being as we navigate together life changes.
