Modalities include play-based therapy, psychodynamic treatment, attachment-based therapy, emotionally focused therapy and mindfulness.
I earned my bachelors of science in psychology from the University of Arizona, my masters of science in child development from Erikson Institute, and my master’s in social work with a specialization in mental health and clinical concentration in children and families from Loyola University Chicago.
