I work with clients struggling with anxiety and OCD in an approachable, warm environment. I'm here to provide support through the hard times, and encouragement for taking on the challenges of treatment, with lots of experience to guide the way. I have a particular passion for working with new parents, and those hoping to become parents, who are navigating the road to parenthood, and all the anxieties, worries, and identity shifts that come with it.

Allison offers therapy to adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, PTSD symptoms (i.e. flashbacks, dissociation, and panic attacks), and has a special interest in complex trauma including childhood experiences that have long-lasting impacts on adulthood. Allison’s top priority as a psychotherapist is to create a trusting and equal therapeutic relationship in which clients can safely explore their past to make better sense of the present, and to ultimately experience more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

I am a licensed psychologist and have been in private practice for over 25 years, with an emphasis on treating depression, anxiety, stress and relationship issues. After helping you, the client, identify the underlying causes or contributors to your distress, we together establish treatment goals. I assist you in implementing actions and behaviors to reach these goals, ease your symptoms, and help you feel a greater sense of control and emotional well-being.

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and for over 25 year, I have been helping adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety and depression feel calmer, more confident and more positively connected in their relationships and in life.
