I am thrilled to work with adults and adolescents 14+ (in particular adults 40+) who are looking to improve their mental health by building deep understanding of their holistic wellbeing. My ideal clients look into their past with me and explore the events that made them who they are in the present. They thrive in a relaxed and unstructured environment and welcome the non-linear progress of therapy. I love clients who are trying therapy for the first time or have had poor experiences with prior therapists. For adolescents, I offer the same client-driven work, mirroring the process of adult therapy.

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples and occasionally the entire family. I have been blessed with many incredible mentors throughout my journey as a human and as a therapist, and I now can share their collective wisdom along with my life experience, with you. Therapy offer a process of healing learn to be present together, allowing awareness to expand in a safe place. Here, truth can be expressed, allowing transformation. Typically we default to distraction, intoxication or denial when a we can't genuinely connect with ourselves. "Process addictions", loss, trauma and shame creep in and inhibit our sense of Self. Through therapy, our clarity, healing and ease with emotional intimacy can finally emerge.

Our age-based Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs are designed for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with mood, anxiety, trauma, and OCD symptoms that are impacting their daily functioning. I have experience in both private practice and hospital-based mental health care throughout my career. I love working individuals looking to take control of their lives again. And premarital couples who want to understand themselves and each other on a deeper level and feel confident going into their marriage.
