I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families through the complexities of life's challenges. My clinical focus encompasses a wide range of concerns including anxiety, academic and behavioral issues, emotion regulation, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, adoption, divorce, and co-parenting.

I provide therapy for children, teenagers and young adults. I use an integrative approach in therapy, building upon a foundation of cognitive-behavioral therapy. I endeavor to establish strong rapport with my clients in order for trust and progress to be made. I see the therapeutic relationship as a vital ingredient for change and growth and strive to create a safe space where clients are empowered to work toward their goals.

My goal as a therapist is to teach coping skills to alleviate anxiety, depression, and negative thinking patterns, by discovering habits that are keeping them stuck in life. I am highly motivated, dedicated, and empathetic individual who strives to enhance the lives of others. I have acquired extensive knowledge and experience in working with diverse client populations from young children, elementary, middle school, adolescent, and adults from a wide variety of settings including individual, family, couples, and group counseling.

Churchill famously said, “If you are going through hell, keep going.” As people, we sometimes forget that the difficult moments can be temporary. The best way to survive them is to get through them. The same goes for the variety of emotions we feel. Sometimes, we just have to accept the emotions and identify ways to cope with them and get through them. Helping others through these journeys has been a passion of mine. I have often found the use of DBT, CBT, and PCT to be highly effective in helping people work through trauma based, anxiety ridden, and mood dis-regulated human conditions. I provide complete and compassionate work.
