I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. My focus is to help my clients reach their full potential, through emotional stability. I look at the therapeutic relationship as important ground work to establishing the emotionally safe environment required by clients as they face many challenges in the therapeutic process. I provide a counseling experience that allows the client to grow by identifying and using their own strengths to achieve their goals.

I have been a certified private practitioner since 1987. I believe in having a warm, friendly, and open approach to well-being. I have extensive experience with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples and families. One area of expertise is with special education and special needs children. I am certified as both a school social worker and a principal. Another area of expertise is with the caregivers of both older adults and children with disabilities. I am certified by Ross Greene, in his CPS approach. I currently have private practices in Arlington Heights and Evanston. I participate in several insurance panels.

Margaret Ingram has provided individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation for adults primarily in outpatient clinical settings for more than 15 years. She received a Master of Social Work degree from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Margaret blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques, as well as Recovery principles in treating clients coping with a variety of Anxiety disorders, as well as relationship and goal attainment challenges.

Antoinette Senjanovich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois who has been practicing since 2017. She has a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Antoinette offers a comfortable, affirmative safe space for exploration and growth. Change can be scary and often we don't know where to start. Antoinette guides clients through identifying where they want to go, and the steps needed to get there. She has experience working with complex presentations including PTSD/CPTSD, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, amongst others, and she truly believes in everyone's ability to heal.
