Welcome. I am a mental health provider who also has over 16 years’ experience working with school age children. Presently, I specialize in working with teenagers through later adulthood.

My approach to counseling is grounded in compassion and understanding; I seek to cultivate a safe therapeutic environment to allow flexibility in exploring individual needs. The ultimate goal is to respectfully explore your human experience and discover a path of authenticity. I also provide life coaching to help learn principles that can be applied to your unique mental health journey.

With over 35 years experience, I specialize in medication management. After a complete evaluation, we will create a treatment plan just for you that addresses your mental health needs. My services include evaluation, medication management and brief counseling in a 30 minute session. If you need longer, more intensive therapy or already have a counselor and just need the medication component, I will refer or work together with your current counselor to get you what you need. Telepsych available which we will be utilizing until it is safe and most likely ongoing.

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Idaho and Oregon with a physical location in Nampa, ID. I provide individual and family therapy to those struggling with a variety of issues including: trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and family conflict. I believe that each person coming through my office is unique and comes with their own perspective and experiences. My goal is to help you work towards change, growth and healing through providing you with a safe environment to share your thoughts and feelings.
