Since 2003, I have assisted children, adolescents, adults and families in developing the strength to bring balance, wellness, and satisfaction into their lives through; healing trauma, changing self-defeating thoughts and beliefs, cultivating self-care, fostering healthy relationships and practicing holistic health and wellness.
My therapeutic approach is direct and active, promoting clarity, healing and change. Depending on your needs as a person and the issues you are dealing with, we, as therapeutic partners, will tailor a plan to best fit your needs.
EMDR is only of the many effective tools I offer to support your healing. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an advanced, integrative psychotherapy model that combines psychology and physiology to allow a person to identify and clear past traumatic events.
