Finding relief and peace in these struggles is possible through therapy. As a therapist I believe in being a friend and a guide by providing tools to improve mental health, coping skills, opportunities to process emotions/events, and even space for venting if needed. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and work primarily with adolescents and young adults who have/had experienced depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, sexual abuse, grief, and religious trauma.

I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor specializing in treating couples and families. The journey of life can be difficult. As humans, we "need emotional connection like we need oxygen” (Sue Johnson). Strong relationships enable us to move forward through life stresses and reach our potential. But when we are disconnected from others (or even from our own core values), we may experience depression, anxiety or despair; this lets us know we are outside of our truth and need to make a change. EFT is the roadmap I use to help couples, families and individuals heal, build bonds and access their core essence.

I have three main passions in life that have directed my career path: relationships ,individuals in crisis and gifted individuals. I know what it takes to help all three flourish, in spite of the obstacles they face. As a caring, empathic, yet direct therapist I can help premarital couples prepare for what lies ahead,. Individuals in crisis will find warm acceptance. Gifted individuals of all ages will find that my intimate knowledge of their emotional overexcitabilities helps me guide them through social, emotional and educational obstacles to reach their full potential.
