I am a licensed clinical social worker, founder of Kind Recovery, and one of the first certified psychedelic counselors in Georgia. I've been providing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy since 2019. I work with clients who have experienced mental injury or trauma and find themselves stuck in rigid thought or behavior patterns. These patterns might look like perfectionism, people-pleasing, substance misuse (addiction), anxiety, depression, avoidance, and more. I want you to know that it is possible to radically shift these behaviors with the right approach. I'll be with you as you learn to access the wisdom of your higher self.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in Georgia and journey with individuals age 18 and older. Nobody wants to feel like a burden. Feeling like a burden often leads to not wanting to talk to family and friends about our problems or struggles. This is where therapy can be useful. I work with individuals who are seeking help navigating difficult thoughts and feelings. My goal is to make it as easy as possible to open up. By creating a non-judgmental space, we can work on overcoming worries and stress. Feeling overwhelmed, at times, is part of the human experience but does not have to be a permanent state to live in.

I enjoy working with clients who are open to growth. I am the mother of 3 young adult daughters. I am active in my profession by having served on the Board of Directors as President in 2018-19 as well as 3 prior terms as Western District Chair, for The Licensed Professional Counselors Association of GA (LPCA-GA). I am Certified as a Clinical Supervisor by LPCA-GA, a Clinical Trauma Professional & as a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.
