My ideal client could be anyone within any population. I have gained a number of skills with adolescents and adults that range from trauma, crisis, substance abuse and overall mental health issues that affects individuals and their families. I focus on motivating families to work together in order to strengthen their family unit. I have received training on Ethics, Responding to the Military Child with Exceptional Needs, Suicide Prevention and others. I prefer to take a Solution-Focused Approach when providing therapy.

My highest priority is to create a safe place for you to grow, explore, and heal. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, which means I will look at your situation systemically, working alongside you to see the whole picture of why the issues you want to address exist. This will best help us know how to address and resolve them. I have been working as a counselor since 2002 and love nothing more than helping people reach their full potential.
