I studied Psychology for many years and have since been a Psychotherapist specializing in Depression, Anxiety and Trauma. I completed my Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy. I include the visual arts, movement and Somatic approaches in my practice to deepen insight and understanding.
I serve as a facilitator to help you identify your strengths. I provide an atmosphere of support, empathy and trust, to empower you to share your feelings and experiences.
