Welcome! I specialize in the treatment of adults with anxiety, depression, grief and borderline personality disorder. I provide a direct yet supportive and warm approach to my work with clients. I believe despite life's challenges we are all capable of living healthy, meaningful, fulfilling lives. My therapy modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

My practical view of counseling is as a journey of self-exploration by the client, meant to increase his/her level of self-understanding and self-awareness. As a counselor, I act as the guide or facilitator of this journey.

I also enjoy family systems therapy to help families restore and develop healthy relationships.
