Sometimes life gets hard and you need clarity to "recharge". I work with families and individuals to provide them with the necessary tools to create an open environment of understanding. Through individual & family therapy and life coaching, I assist clients in working through issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, educational goals, and self-image. I provide a variety of techniques (emotional regulation, coping skills, and thought-stopping techniques) to allow you to be a better advocate for yourself and to let others know how you want to be treated.
My 20+ years of experience have provided me the opportunity to work with clients and help them adjust to the demands of today's "abnormal" society. There is so much "outside noise" that surrounds us, that it's hard to think clearly and make the best decisions for ourselves. I am here to help you navigate through life so you can make the best of it.
