We are conveniently located and just a short drive from the many of the surrounding communities. I have 20+ years of experience in counseling to help people to eliminate emotional distress, find fulfillment and resolve personal challenges. I hold specialization certifications because I have found that different concerns often overlap each other and this allows me to easily transition with my clients from one area to another.

When we think about counseling, sometimes we think that you have to sit in an uncomfortable couch and have someone “analyze” everything that you’re saying and tell you if you’re crazy or not. Although you do have sit on a couch when you come to counseling and do have to share your information with a therapist, however, think of counseling as a safe space where you can be yourself and not feel like you are being judged by your actions or for who you are. I am a graduate from Walden University and have a master’s degree of science in clinical mental health counseling (MS).

I enjoy the work I do with individuals and couples, as we explore their journey. I see counseling as coming along side the client and exploring their "right answers" as they trudge their road to happy destiny. I am thrilled as I see clients thrive and change as they explore their opportunities. I have 40 plus years of experience in the treatment of adolescents and adults. I have worked in both residential treatment and community based programs.

My goal is to serve those who struggle with Trauma, Personality Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, and other Emotional Disorders. I believe trauma whether one time incident or ongoing incidents can be the root cause to other mental health issues.
