I am a caring and compassionate therapist, working with pre-teen & teen girls struggling with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, academic performance, self harm, suicidal ideations and trauma. Having raised girls, I understand working through these issues can be difficult. A good therapist can be valuable. I am inspired to also work with adult woman experiencing infertility, divorce or even navigating a co-parenting relationship. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the State of Georgia. I enjoy working with clients who are facing problems with infertility, women's issues, or loss of a child. Previously, I have worked with a variety of clients, but decided to focus solely on women's health after experiencing my own miscarriage and subsequent infertility issues. My treatment approach is holistic and eclectic. I believe that therapy should never be a "one-size fit all" approach. Everyone heals differently and my goal is to personalize my approach to optimize your growth and overall well-being.

Are you on a fertility journey? Have you experienced obstacles along the way? Perhaps nothing is as disempowering as struggling with fertility. For many of us, issues with fertility mark the first time that we have wanted our bodies to do something that they seem not capable of doing. Struggles with fertility are traumatic experiences. Maybe we feel removed from friends with children, siblings with children, or parents who may not understand. Is it any wonder why we may be struggling?

Reaching out can be hard (I am so proud of you!) and I am here to help begin the process of healing and being there to help us become a better you.
