Holistic and integrated transformation is my foundation as a counselor, coach, and wellness professional. My background as a personal trainer allows me to work on my client's lifestyle and create more fulfilling and thriving habits for them using traditional and alternative methods. I aim to bring resolution and insight whenever you feel lost or unsupported. With broad experience in mental, emotional and physical health, I focus on building up my clients and customize my techniques to their needs and goals. My goal is to transform and heal the present through integrated approaches of mindfulness, emotional, and physical wellness.

These are important questions when working with a clinical therapist, to hold the light onto, and when getting to know yourself. Oftentimes, it takes a lot of unlearning unhelpful patterns and conditioning to become well.

I have a 20+ year background in providing counseling and psychotherapeutic services to integrated behavioral health patients of all ages, from the chronically mentally ill, self-esteem problems, relationship problems, spirituality concerns, identity issues, those who suffer from terminal medical illnesses, in addition to those battling severe chemical dependency problems. I also have experience in providing therapy for inmates as well, and I'm currently attending medical courses to develop learning along the the biochemical spectrum of clinical disorders for future psychiatric practice.

For both children and adults, challenges can create anxiety, frustration, depression, and the feeling there is no way out. I offer a place of safety and support where you can freely process emotions and thoughts, come to a deeper understanding of yourself, and find ways to get yourself unstuck. Together, we look at self-defeating patterns and seek to understand their source. It is my goal to connect with clients regardless of where they may be in their experience. I partner with and hold space for clients of all ages, assisting them in finding their own internal strength and discovering practical solutions to challenges they face.
