Through EFT couples can access the love that is hiding behind the pain and conflict. I also use EFT to help families improve the parent-adult child relationships.

The focus of my practice is relationships. I have advanced advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), a research-based approach. EFT has been shown to be effective in helping 3 out of 4 couples recover from distress.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental place for individuals and couples to focus on identifying and changing negative cycles. You can count on me to go the extra mile to provide excellent care.

Learn how to create rituals to enhance your connection with your spouse. Can be done one couple at a time or as a group. Can be done by zoom or in office in South Florida. After participating in these programs, couples reported being better at resolving problems using effective communication styles. They also reported higher levels of relationship quality and feeling a greater sense of partnership.
