Hi, I’m Larthenia, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida, and a LMFTA in Washington State. I work with individuals, couples, and families who have ongoing challenges connecting in relationships, and who experience depression, anxiety, or/and ADHD. I’m no different from the clients I see. I’ve been through wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am. Therapy helped to put my life back in order, and my own growth through personal life struggles is what helps me relate so deeply with clients. Dr. Shardae' Tripp is a graduate from Nova Southeastern University, she is licensed as a mental health counselor with several years of experience. Dr. Tripp has treated a variety of mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, among other concerns. Dr. Tripp is the owner of Dr. Tripp & Associates and offers a of the group of counselors who are ready and able to collaborate with future clients. Raquel de Oliveira is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR specialist. Raquel offers tele-health and in person individual therapy to adults of all ages. Cedence received her BSW at Florida Atlantic University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University Miami Florida. Cedence has over 12 years’ experience providing clinical services to individuals, families and groups. Cedence has experience providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly adolescents, in various settings within the community and in schools. Cedence has training in trauma-Focus CBT, Trauma Incident Reduction t and utilizes a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling to foster hope, healing and resilience.

I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, & Mood Disorders. I am a licensed professional counselor that has been working in behavioral health for over 20 years, obtaining my Bachelors and Masters degrees from La Salle University in Philadelphia. I have been fortunate to have backgrounds in both addiction and mental health at all levels of care, including inpatient residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

I am a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for decreasing the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting the health and well being of my clients. For my undergraduate degree, I moved from Central Jersey (Yes! It exists!) to South Jersey to attend Stockton University. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work with a Minor in Behavioral Neuroscience from Stockton, and then moved on to attend graduate school in Philadelphia. I received my Master of Social Work Degree with a clinical concentration from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice in May of 2020.
