In my experience most clients with relationship issues, social anxiety, depression, low self esteem and substance use issues have an underlying trauma they have yet to process. I use trauma informed interventions (EMDR,) CBT, AEDP, family systems and provide tools and exercises clients can do to maximize their therapeutic results. I also teach relaxation and coping skills during sessions.
