Almost 35 years practicing and i can still say every client i work with whether individually or as a couple have their own needs and wants. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Health & Functional Nutrition Coach . With a passion for holistic wellness, I understand that mental, physical and spiritual health are interconnected, and therefore, work with my clients using a holistic therapeutic approach to address all aspects of their well-being. In addition to traditional therapy sessions, I also offer functional nutrition and health coaching sessions as well as guidance (preparation and integration) sessions for individuals who are participating in plant medicine and/or psychedelic healing sessions or therapies.
