For over a decade, we've worked with adults in their 20s and 30s to help them overcome the emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges of young adulthood. We have a keen understanding of the demands on today's young adults to succeed academically, socially, and in the workplace. Our goal is to support you in developing necessary skills and resources as you pursue personal, career, and academic success. When work or school performance is a concern, our focus is on the intersection of mental health issues with these needs, two aspects of a person's life that are rarely addressed simultaneously or understood as interdependent.
At The Sterling Group, our therapists' approach is active and directive, a level of engagement our clients appreciate. We want you to achieve early results, so you'll experience positive change and gain confidence in your continued progress. As therapy continues, you'll develop healthier patterns and concrete skills you can apply in all areas of your life.
The Sterling Group is made up of therapists who "get it." We are currently accepting new clients and able to offer same-week and often next-day appointments. We have daytime and evening availability to accommodate your busy schedule. If you'd like to learn more, please reach out today to schedule a free consultation with a member of our team!
