An ideal client, is an unideal person. If humans were perfect they wouldn't need therapy. I work with individuals, couples & families with a range of issues. I help people address unskilled thoughts, emotions &/or behaviors, helping them let go of things that are no longer serving them. If an individual desires to grow by developing their sense of awareness, while developing skills to help them lower their stress levels & address their issues, I can help.
