Welcome! Wouldn't it be nice if you could remove stress from your relationships and have peace and understanding? As a licensed marriage and family therapist my focus is on strengthening the family unit. This is done by meeting with individuals and sometimes whole families. Family therapy emphasizes each family member's unique and important role in the family, improving relationships and building a strong supportive family unit. Assisting you to achieve these goals at your own pace can bring positive change in relationship interactions.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and also hold a degree in drug and alcohol counseling. I have worked with families in crisis. I have worked with women and children who have experienced family violence and have taught and lead groups promoting healthy relationships. I have also spoken to community groups on this topic.
