As a therapist, I specialize in working with people who struggle with life transitions, relationship conflicts between spouses and family members, communication, anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, perinatal mood disorders, miscarriage, grief and loss, and substance use disorders. I am passionate about using a person-centered focus, and having an approachable, compassionate, and welcoming presence for my clients to feel comfortable to open up about their struggles. I am invested in helping individuals gain confidence in themselves to lead a happier and more fulfilling life.

I believe people are innately resilient and adaptable and that everyone has the capacity to grow and improve. As your therapist I will focus on what is working for you in your life and collaborate together with you to identify and build solutions to help you reach your goals. Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses a strength based approach to therapy and believes in meeting her clients where they are in their individual journey. She believes in leaning into the individual's own positive qualities and values a person-centered ideology. Sarah uses several different modalities unique to each client and their specific needs, such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. She expresses empathy and even humor to engage clients in a comfortable environment where they can feel confident and heard during therapeutic work.

Kristin is a licensed professional counselor who has spent most of her career working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults, who have experienced anxiety, sexual assault, previous trauma, and more. Kristin focuses on the present by challenging people on how they experience and react to events, guiding them to make small changes in order to begin to free themselves, and become more mindful and self-loving.

Life can be challenging and finding a safe place for support can feel like an overwhelming obstacle. I focus on developing a genuine, authentic rapport with my clients to support them in their journey to find emotional health. We will work together to identify your goals and strengths, and I will facilitate a safe, non-judgmental space in which we can work towards positive outcomes, growth, and empowerment.

Many of the clients we serve have tried therapy with a counselor who was not a good fit for them. We get it. Our therapists help you feel better by understanding your emotions are like a guide. Counseling with us feels as easy as speaking with a friend who can truly help guide the process.

I offer virtual psychotherapy and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, substance use, eating disorders, trauma, life transition, divorce, parenting challenges and relationship/family conflict. I have experience conducting couples, family and group counseling, and have an affinity for the LGBTQIA+ community; I specifically have experience working with and supporting the trans community. I believe in the importance of inclusion and strive for my clients to feel safe, heard and validated during every session.
