Hello! I moved to Colorado 7 years ago from the upper Midwest. I am proud to say I have an eclectic experience when it comes to counseling. I started off as a postgraduate career counselor then moved on to school counseling (elementary and high school) then therapy with both parolees and inmates in one of the state prisons. From there I have put a focus on working with clients and couples who suffer from depression, anxiety, personality disorders, gender identity, and concerns related to intimacy and sex.

I work with individuals using psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), EMDR, and an accelerated KAP & EMDR combined treatment model.
