Ashley (she/they) has extensive experience processing gender identity, gender expression, sexuality, trauma, grief, abuse, and mental illness. The work that they do in the therapeutic space is well suited for clients looking for an affirming, non-judgmental space to process their experiences and make changes towards a more authentic and aligned sense of self . Holding an intersectional lens, Ashley values the work of creating space for folks with varying and diverse identities to explore the intricacies of their lived experience. .

I am currently accepting clients 3-10 years old and 20-65 years old! I creatively support gender and racially diverse clients, including students, mamas, papas, children, and adults making life transitions. I love working in nature with art, stories, and metaphors. My clients often deal with grief, lack of confidence, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and boundaries. In therapy, we take these wounds and uncover their “Golden Shadow.”

We are specialists in attachment, relationships, somatic therapy, and trauma resolution. Healing is possible! We offer sessions virtually and a limited number of in person sessions.
