I believe in working through anger and grief to find healing.
Hello! I'm so happy you are considering counseling. I want you to know that I understand this step is a very big deal. The alliance that you and I create is important and I want to offer a space in which you feel safe, known, and heard. You and I work together to understand and process the trauma/pain. You'll learn to create and set boundaries that will create safety for you in painful relationships. We'll sort through your pain and stress together. You don't have to face it alone. I want you to know that hope and healing are within your reach. I want to hear your story. I want to help you regain strength and resiliency.

I am currently accepting clients 3-10 years old and 20-65 years old! I creatively support gender and racially diverse clients, including students, mamas, papas, children, and adults making life transitions. I love working in nature with art, stories, and metaphors. My clients often deal with grief, lack of confidence, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and boundaries. In therapy, we take these wounds and uncover their “Golden Shadow.”
