Ultimately, we will create a space where you feel validated, rested and confident. I've been working with individuals & couples since 2015. In addition to regular sessions, I offer couples intensives.
I help individuals and couples make sense of their overwhelm by defining the problem and giving them tools to practice in session. You will also be assigned homework. I will provide you with the resources you need (quizzes, pdf’s, book recommendations, etc) to achieve your goals outside of your session because that is where you truly want to succeed.
