Have you been through a trauma/adverse event that has challenged your view of yourself, or made you feel anxious or out of control? I do not judge, and want to hear your story. I have had personal experience with loss and trauma, and have benefited from caring support. Whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma, changes in identity, relationship difficulties, anger, addiction, or a combination of challenges, I would like to help you through it. I consider it an honor to be trusted with the story of your experience. Even your darkest moments can emerge into light again. I know it's possible, as I've been through some dark spots.

Has stress over past hurt, or worry about present or future daunting challenges, become intolerable? I specialize in trauma, whether a single incident or an accumulation of smaller injuries. Talking with an empathetic person can help vent the pressure from suppressing painful feelings that feel inappropriate or shameful to express.

I want you to help you feel your core emotions without becoming anxious, depressed or overwhelmed. The most damaging behaviors I see people display are ways to avoid feeling some feared emotion or situation. By developing a trusting therapeutic relationship with me, you can practice being the person you ideally want to be in the world.
