As an Approved Clinical Supervisor, I support, guide and provide evidence based training to help develop the professional identity of unlicensed counselors toward their individual professional goals. Both of these services are provided in-person or via online/televideo.

Life is a journey, with many ups and downs. When taking the first step to finding out understanding or making a change, it can be difficult and scary. I practice through a holistic approach, as healing is done through whole self. I use several modalities; cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy. Whether therapy is needed for children or adults, each session will be based on the needs of the client by creating a safe environment for growth and identification of what brings you to counseling.

Every day, people go through hard times, breakups, divorces, grief, and the loss of a friend, animal, or loved one, the loss of a job, etc, and we all need help from an unbiased person for aid and support in these and other areas of concern. When it comes to Trauma, I believe it is an exciting part of life; one is not expecting it, and you barely understand it. Now you can deal with and overcome it in a healthy and professional way. Along with other mental health issues, I have experienced enough trauma, grief and loss, sadness, depression, and substance use to last a lifetime, from childhood mistakes to adult issues and I can help.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been in practice since 2005. I work primarily with individuals and families; age 12 and above. My focus includes, but is not limited to, depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a therapist, I work to get at the root of the problem, not just teaching you how to cope with the problem in the moment. I do believe in a mind/body/spirit balance, so taking care of yourself outside of our sessions is just as important as the work we do during sessions. My goal for every client is to grow as a person and achieve your goals so that I, as your therapist, become obsolete.

Wellness Coaching assists individuals in creating a focus and meeting goals. As a Lifestyle and Wellness coach I collaborate with clients in the process of creating and achieving intended goals. The client is the expert in the process and as the coach I utilize specialized skills to assist my clients in drawing out lifestyle changes.
