It is my desire as a counselor to help women and children heal from trauma, navigate relationships, and overcome depression, anxiety, and body image issues. My counseling begins from the worldview that we are all deeply cared for by a God whose image we bear, and I seek to demonstrate that care to my clients.
I tailor counseling to the individual needs of each client. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
I offer a free consultation to see if I would be a good fit for you as your therapist, and can help you with referrals if it doesn't feel like a good fit.
