I work with people who want to develop deeper relationships, who may struggle with anxiety or other stress-related issues, or who may have experienced overwhelming or traumatic events in their lives.
I've spent years learning a variety of therapeutic interventions including: ACT, EMDR, CBT, SFBT, DBT, and other body centered approaches. Mostly, I enjoy building relationship and finding ways to support you best.
